Looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, person who enjoys working billing and posting payments, fixing problem claims, and working directly with insurance companies as needed.
The billing part of the job requires 25-30 hours/week secluded in your own office. The other time is spent with coworkers at the front desk. The front desk job requires lots of phone interaction with patients, scheduling appointments and collecting payments at check out, reviewing and entering insurance data, and working with other team members to multitask in a busy front desk environment. This job is extremely flexible regarding hours with the ability to create your own work week as long as the job gets done. We offer 401k, vacation, and sick time, but we do NOT offer health insurance. Office hours are Monday and Tuesday 8-5 and W-F 8-3. Average weekly hours range from 36-40. No weekends or evenings. Preference given to applicants with prior insurance/billing experience. Negotiable pay based on experience.
