Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keying in vendor invoices and credit memos
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Managing sub-ledger
- Maintaining W-9 and vendor files
- Reconciling payroll benefit deductions and purchase orders to invoices
- Responsible for filing of open and paid invoices; researching and closing Pos
- Record receiving of consumables & parts
- Freight bills of lading
- Reconciling checks
- Performing month-end close procedures
- Backing up receptionist position.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent basic math skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance desired, equivalent experience of 3 years will be considered.
