Job Duties
Performs various working levels, professional, and technical duties related to planning, implementing, and evaluating district-wide Health Promotion programs and services to assure compliance with local, state, and federal contracts, regulations, and guidelines; and provides management of Health Promotion programs and staff members. Most of the work will be centered on promoting the risks and harms of diabetes to local clinics and residents.
Work Schedule
- Monday thru Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday from 8-5 with every other Friday off

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from college with a bachelor’s degree in health education, health promotion, public health, or a related field
- Must possess a driver’s license
Work Environment
May be required to stay at or return to work during public health incidents and/or emergencies to perform duties specific to this classification or to perform other duties as requested in an assigned response position. This may require working a non-traditional work schedule or working outside normally assigned duties during the incident and/or emergency.
