The Opportunity:
Step into the impactful role of Compensation Analyst and Lead Human Resource
Generalist, where you’ll be the driving force as the go-to expert in compensation and delivering customized support to Human Resource team
members! Directly reporting to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring the seamless
implementation of fair compensation practices and delivering high-level retirement services. And that’s not all—this engaging role
also places you in the spotlight as the pivotal HR representative working on fulfilling Human Resources web and technology responsibilities.

Qualifications:
To perform the job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities above. The qualifications listed below are
representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Three plus years of experience as a compensation analyst.
2. Prior
experience working with retirement plan processes.
3. Prior experience in higher education, education-related industries, or other
non-profit organization.
4. Two or more years of project management experience.
5. Two or more years of Human Resources
Generalist experience, including survey completion.
