SP Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Manager- HR Business Partner to join the team!
Overall responsibility is leading an HR team with client groups encompassing multiple plants and some functional teams and acts as primary HR partner for the site they reside in but oversees HR functions for other locations and HR Generalist.
Key focus for role, in partnership with plant leadership, is assessing and advising on organizational development and design as well as playing a key part in supporting business transformation projects and initiatives from planning and development, through to implementation, and providing consultative services on key projects involving people/organizational strategy. Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Provides effective leadership, consultation, and resolution for employees, managers and HR team and assists in leading key HR projects. Most importantly, this role must create a culture that embraces change and focuses on improvements that further enhance the employee and leadership experience within the HR function ultimately driving the Company strategy.
