We are looking for a Part-time HR Recruiting Associate to join our team.
The Recruiting Associate will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our after school programs and camps.
To be successful as a HR Recruiting Associate, you should be able to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. You should also be able to maintain and track background checks, complete audits, and assist in maintaining records for the human resource department. This is a great opportunity for those interested in corporate education, recruiting, and Human Resources.
Requirements:
-At least two years of Human Resources experience a must.
-Familiar and comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slack.
-Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring, recruitment, and Human Resources.
-Ability to prioritize task importance and hit deadlines.
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
-Available 3-4 hours for 5 days per week.
-Able to work on EST time zone hours.
-Superior organization and online research skills.
-Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
-Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
-Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.
This position is a flexible, part-time position (10-20 hours weekly) and 100% remote. Our flexible schedule is would be great for someone looking for meaningful, part-time work.
