Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a full-time intake coordinator. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated strong customer services and some sales skils as the position requires a good deal of time on the phone speaking to clients seeking our services but require education, counseling and support to be directed to the best matched services to meet their needs. The position is tied to marketing because you are speaking to actual and potential clients to hone on the best approach to market our services. The ideal candidate will have some marketing experience with any of the following: social media, google ads-analytics, wordpress website and SEO, newsletter marketing, podcasts and marketing workshops. Our brand in the community requires specific objectives to be met: potential clients learn that the mind and body and integrative care is the best option for wellness; and that the services can be obtained under the roof of one facility which is ours.
The hours are from 12-8pm and a second position from 9-5pm with flexibility to do evening coverage as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
