SPECIALTY WELDING & TURNAROUND Hiring for Timekeeper/Office Manager at Gonzales, LA Full Time

We are looking for a Timekeeper/Office Manager who will be responsible for maintaining proper communication and documentation between the project team and field.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Record employee as on-site and complete the onboarding process

• Complete I-9 and E-Verify within 72 hours of employee being hired
• Accurately track hours worked as well as lunch and rest periods
• Accurately enter hours worked as well as other costs/expenses into TRACK.
• Generate client daily time sheets, audit sheets, head counts, and obtaining client approval signatures on time sheets and invoices.
• Submit weekly time summary sheets to payroll.
• Assist with any payroll corrections.

Education & Experience:

• Must have proven experience as a timekeeper or other clerical positions.
• Proficient knowledge of Client Programs (SAP, CCTS. Track, Atlas, etc.), Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), and Vista.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• TRACK experience a plus.

• Must have Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
