In this role you will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand and meet business and staffing needs.
You’ll provide market intelligence, develop recruiting and sourcing strategies and measure and monitor the quality and cycle time for execution of the recruiting process. Recruitment practices will be aligned to employment branding and will ensure compliance with EEO, FCC and AAP requirements.
The ideal candidate must be willing and able to deliver service excellence to Hiring Managers and to foster a positive Candidate experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Works with Senior Leadership and Human Resources to develop comprehensive recruitment strategy for Professional Services (exempt) positions.
Engages in a detailed job scope conversation during the intake meeting with the Hiring Manager to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
Manages the recruiting life cycle for assigned Professional Services requisitions by conducting telephone interviews to evaluate potential candidates. Coordinates interview schedule with the Hiring Manager, sets up interviews and conducts feedback sessions. Manages selection, offer process and on-boarding.
Identifies alternative recruitment methods such as online recruitment methods, talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media and other relevant methods to target skilled individuals
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment
Participates in diversity events, and specialized recruitment initiatives; promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results.
Communicates hiring process and trains hiring managers on BrassRing (Applicant Tracking System) and EEO/FCC compliance; monitors internal staffing compliance with EEO/FCC requirements
Remains up-to-date on latest recruitment technologies, makes recommendations on recruitment sourcing initiatives and advises client groups of latest resources and market intelligence.
Utilizes ATS to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
Performs other duties as requested by Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related subject or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
5+ years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment plus
2+ years recruiting for Leadership and Senior level positions
Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking systems required
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in marketing, or analytical recruitment preferred.
Prior experience with BrassRing preferred
