JOB SCOPE
This Sr. Director, Human Resources will be a strategic business partner supporting our Network Operations organization. Responsible for creating and delivering policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee engagement, employee relations, and equal opportunity employment in compliance with government regulations and company goals. Works with leadership to ensure Human Resources strategies and initiatives are in alignment with all short- and long-term business goals for the designated client group as well as the enterprise-wide guidelines. Combines HR mastery, industry knowledge, and business acumen to resolve complex HR issues within a fast paced and dynamic business environment. Responsible for support of a geographically dispersed employee base within the designated client group. Create, implement and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery that is aligned with company initiatives and enterprise-wide policies and procedures.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $135,300.00 to $239,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
