Title: HR Generalist
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities
· Process Payroll using Paylocity
· Process employee onboarding, terminations and unemployment
· Facilitate Employee Reviews with Managers
. Update compensation and organizational changes
· Oversee Employee Time Management
. Run various tracking and audit reports to assist with tasks
· Responsible for HR mail and State Correspondence re: employees
. Administer Workers Comp claims
. Process and track Leaves of Absence
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or entry level HR Generalist
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Paylocity) will be a plus
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
· Additional HR training will be a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
