Administrative Management
· Provides guidance, distributes workload, and makes new/revised assignments in order to best meet the needs of Team Spectrum
· Provide support to staff in various topics and help resolve issues
· Analyzing and improving existing processes and workflow
· Maintain office supplies and employee equipment inventory
· Research vendors and compare pricing for cost savings
· Create and manage promotional activities and items
· Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among Team Members, customers, vendors, etc.
· Maintain office and employee equipment inventory (employee knifes, safety equipment, blades, barrels, white combos, bathroom supplies, etc.); replenish as necessary.
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain employee files such as employee personnel files, benefit files, and staffing/recruiting files
· Maintain job application database. Will oversee advertisements and recruiter involvement as needed
· Maintain department files in accordance with the Company retention policy/guidelines
· Processes HR paperwork including applications, new hire paperwork, pay changes, data changes, terminations, and other confidential employee information
· Manage the recruiting and pre-employment efforts for assigned client groups by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, initiating drug/background checks, and creating new hire packets
· Assist in conducting and the administration of the New Employee Orientation program for all New Hires and provide support for the full on-boarding cycle
· Manage company ID Badge system/set-up
· Assists in exit interview process
· Assists in organizational training and development efforts
· Maintains compliance database and ensures required training and other activities occur on schedule
· Ensures compliance with required postings at all locations
· Assists the management investigating and resolving employee relations issues and complaints.
· Assists in HR Audits
· Maintain professional customer service attitude with employees
· Compiles departmental reports and maintains as needed
· Perform tasks and other administrative projects as assigned
· Drive the development, adherence, and effectiveness of the onboarding plan for team

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
· Five plus years related experience with proven office administration and customer service skills required
· Solid working knowledge of office processes and business policy development, and of related computer software and electronic communications tools
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically advanced excel, power point and business writing skills
· Problem solving skills are necessary
· Ability to work across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies
· Must be able to work with all levels of team
· Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasting abilities
· Friendly and professional demeanor
