Project Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Working with Project Managers as part of their team engaged in delivering many simultaneous telecommunications projects to clients
• Administrative support and point of contact for project teams, field teams, and operations
• Organizing and filing project documentation, reports, specifications, memos, plan sets and drawings
• Assisting with quality control guidelines, schedules, and procedures
• Coordinating and logging construction support documents
• Preparation of information for stakeholders and weekly meetings
• Tracking project schedules and milestones
• Project accounting support, updating monthly budget to actual spreadsheets
• Working with accountants and Project Managers to track project spending and projections
• Archiving project documentation when projects are completed

Skills:

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• No drama, and no excuses
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Ability to manage many files and folders on SharePoint and Teams file systems
• Ability to make sure that each customers’ contacts are filed in the right locations
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Ability to write documents without typos or formatting error
• Highly detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude
• Ability to understand and adapt to process changes and technical challenges while providing creative solutions
• Some experience using ticketing systems a plus
• Understanding of how to queue and prioritize work and tasks
• Preparing assignments for individuals or project teams.
• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including engineers, field installers, senior level executives and technical leads.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years related experience as an administrative project coordinator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Microsoft Project, Clarity or Primavera a plus
• Highly organized, attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum Associates Degree (Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business)
• CAPM or PMP a strong plus
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
