Your Mission On The Team

• Support the SpinLaunch C-Suite
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, manage expense reports, and provide other general assistance
• Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Cultivate relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders by participating in meetings and presentations
• Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the company
• Perform potentially confidential and complex duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including, correspondence, creating/updating spreadsheets, compiling presentations, etc.
• Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects
• Ensure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to follow-through
• Coordinate logistics for external meetings, including travel, presentations, and agendas

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a proactive and inquisitive approach to tasks and projects
• Extremely dynamic with demonstrated initiative and an ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
• Proven interpersonal communication skills with personnel at all levels internal and external to the organization
• Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Excels in prioritizing and organizing key objectives in alignment with company goals
• At least 5 years of senior level support experience
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00

The base salary offered to a successful candidate will be determined on a case-by-case basis and influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and scope of the position.
