Job Description

SpiritJets is a rapidly growing Charter Management Company headquartered at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS) in Chesterfield, MO. This position will report to the Flight Control Manager. Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule and arrange client flights including services (international handling, ground transportation, catering, etc.)
• Generate charter flight quotes
• Assist with completing all post flight activities to include verification of flight data, reconciliation of trip expenses, etc.
• Compile and complete monthly reports
• Maintain pilot records
• Verify flight data
• Schedule all aircraft and flight crews within the parameters of the FAA Regulations and Company’s policies/procedures
• Assist other departments with various administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail, and face to face)
• Must be a team player who is able to work with others
• 2 years experience in Corporate/Charter flight operations, Executive travel, or Office Administration desirable
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint), and be able to quickly learn Flight Scheduling Software used for day-to-day operations
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and FAR’s is a plus
• Experience working with high level executives is a plus
• College degree preferred
