SpiriTrust Lutheran® is now hiring a Full Time Day Human Resources Coordinator.

Required:
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft skills

A passion for service

Experience: 3 years experience in HR preferred, ideally in a health care setting

General Responsibilities:
Conducts initial phase of team member orientation.

Maintains human resource information systems on computer

Ensures leaves of absences are processed in a timely manner

Maintains employment files to ensure accurate and complete records
