Purpose of Position
The Human Resource Assistant will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including enforcing company policies and practices, administering benefits, offboarding, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and telephones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to handle objects and type on a computer, use phones and computer software to place customer orders and communicate with others to exchange information. The employee is frequently required to sit in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, in addition to occasionally moving about inside the building. The employee is sometimes required to stoop, bend, twist kneel, crouch or climb.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh less than ten pounds, occasionally lift and/or move items that weigh between 11-20 pounds, and rarely lift and/or move items that weigh between 21-50 pounds.
