SpringEats is redesigning the future of food systems. We are building waste-free and climate resilient supply chains to solve humanity’s most basic need: access to clean food. We source and deliver groceries without any kind of single-use packaging. Our mission is to Make Trash History™.

Job Description:

All operations at all times – from logistics to grocery to food.

In this role, you will be designing and implementing SpringEats’ overall operations and logistics strategy. Strategic leadership and bias for action are the dual needs of this role. Experience with start-ups, food and grocery operations, warehouse management and/or political organizing are highly valued. Creating efficient and seamless circular supply chains is at the heart of this role. The ideal candidate understands the marriage between warehousing, people management and last mile operations all while keeping the big picture in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute in a highly autonomous environment.
• Start from scratch and solve problems from the warehouse to the boardroom.
• Execute on deliveries and customer orders.
• Build systems.
• Build team.

Skills and experience:

1. Experience with perishables, food and grocery.
2. Warehouse setup and management.
3. Inventory management.
4. Last mile delivery.
5. People, collaboration and conflict management skills.
