Springfield Hospital, Inc Hiring for Human Resources Generalist – FT/80 at Springfield, Vermont Full Time

The Human Resources Generalist will:

Coordinate full recruitment process including working with hiring managers to identify openings, job requisitions, advertising campaigns, attend job fairs and applicant communication.
In collaboration with the VP of Human Resources, support Springfield Hospital’s strategic and operation capabilities to recruit, develop and retain our workforce; partnering with community organizations and educational institutions to create and grow a workforce development pipeline.
Manage Springfield Hospital’s Performance Management.
Manage hospital-wide Education Tracking/Management.

(HYBRID-REMOTE FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE)

Requirements:
Two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Detail oriented
Strong decision making skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
One (1) year recruitment experience (preferred)
Experience in healthcare recruitment (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption prior to starting employment.
