Day Programs DSP – Full-Time, 1st Shift Pay: Starting at $18-19/hr to stat depending on experience! Schedule: 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm St. Coletta of Wisconsin, has a full-time, 1st Shift opening in our Excel Day Program in Jefferson, WI! Our goal at St. Coletta is to ensure the people we serve achieve their highest quality of life and personal growth. We are seeking a DSP who will help sustain this mission and aid in our continuous efforts to be recognized as an outstanding organization. We are looking for a DSP who has previous experience in a day program setting, and who is flexible working between program room and one-on-one clients. As a DSP in the Excel Day Program, you will plan recreational activities as well as teach activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients using a lift van or 15 passenger bus, completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your ability to make sound decisions while handling challenging situations will be critical to your success. Requirements: Day programming experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalency Valid drivers license and responsible driving record Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong interpersonal and communication skills A desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth Why Join St. Coletta?
