As the Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for directing and coordinating the operations of sales personnel to ensure compliance with sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Track long term sales data
• Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
• Overseeing crucial components of the sales process, such as territory alignment and customer profiling
• Assist in creating and implementing sales and revenue generation strategies
• Provide sales training to sales personnel to enhance their skills and overall efficiency
• Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
• Assign territories to sales personnel according to their capability to ensure an even workload distribution
• Assist with account management

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial position with increasing responsibility
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with databases and sales software
• Well versed in coordinating a team of salesperson to achieve set sales objectives
• Familiarity with Microsoft office including access and excel
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
