Are you an expert at providing exceptional customer service? if so, the Human Resources Department is seeking your expertise! We are looking to add an experience, detail orientated, HR Support Partner to service our internal and external clients.
Under the direction of more senior staff, the primary function of this individual will be to serve as a resource for inquiries related to general HR Policies & procedures, Employment, HRIS, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Retirement and Leave of Absence.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service in a friendly and compassionate manner that demonstrates hospital values.
2. Assist employees to resolve HR policy and procedure related questions and issues.
3. Resolve employee eligibility and participation questions and issues concerning benefit and other HR related programs.
4. Assist applicants and candidates with recruiting process completion.
5. Complete administrative processing and reporting tasks related to employment, recruitment, benefits, etc.
6. Complete filing and record archival in an accurate and timely manner.
7. Ability to multi-task and accomplish ongoing tasks and project assignments in an accurate and timely manner with minimal supervision from senior staff.
8. Maintain procedural documentation for assigned tasks.
9. Additional tasks as assigned.
