A Brief Overview
The Inclusion Diversity Health Equity (IDHE) Project Manager coordinates and manages projects and logistics for the IDHE function, tracking and reporting on project performance to the IDHE and HR Leadership Team. The role will vary depending on scope and number of IDHE/HR projects; it may require the IDHE Project Manager to be closely involved in managing a small number of projects, actively supporting one large project, or providing oversight to a number of projects. This role provides subject matter expertise and leads the creation of standardized tools and methodologies for program and project management. This role will also entail a high degree of coordination with Change Management Lead and Communications Lead to ensure synchronized landing of projects to minimize disruption to both HR and the business.
