Automotive Technician – Hourly Pay (NOT FLAT RATE)
We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Technician to join our team!
We pay HOURLY (NO FLAT RATE) to our technicians so there is no need to worry if there is enough work or too many technicians to make a great paycheck!
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of professional auto repair experience working at a dealership or independent repair facility.
- VA State Inspectors License – MUST be able to obtain within 2 months of hire.
- ASE Certifications – A4 , A5 (Will be heavily encouraged to obtain all 8)
- 5 day work week / 40 hours per week
Benefits:
- $18 – $45/hr – Hourly Pay (No Flat Rate) + Commission (3% Parts and Labor)
