Who You Are:You are a strong Commercial Lines Account Executive with a specialty in the Financial Institutions sector. You have excelled in sales and service in the Financial Institutions industry. You are interested in pursuing additional sales and service opportunities in the FI space and being a part of our growing national practice group. You have a minimum of 5 or more years of insurance experience and working knowledge and passion for the financial industry.

Job Summary:This individual is responsible for New Business sales and retention of existing book of commercial lines accounts. It is critical for this individual to provide sales, service and general stewardship to new and existing clients in accordance with agency guidelines. This person will also identify and follow through on cross-sell and referral business opportunities by supporting agency sales initiatives.
Objectives are set for new business development, client service, account development and renewal retention. This individual will prepare and implement a business plan and strategy to source new business by managing and fostering current client relationships with various centers of influence. He/she will also be responsible for searching for new relationships. Retention of existing accounts with the support from account managers is also crucial. In addition, this position will assist, educate and develop other staff members in new client sales and existing client service agreements. Participation in client meetings and various conferences is required.
This role works under little supervision and has the autonomy and discretion to successfully meet job duties.
