JOB GRADE: $15.90 – $23.99 an hour
JOB SUMMARY:
This employee will provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department that includes a range of administrative duties to be handled with confidentiality. Ensure accuracy of information and maintain complete confidentiality throughout all processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Process clothing and computer reimbursements
Process corporate wear orders
Prepare and maintain employee personnel files.
Upload employee documents onto HRIS system.
Communicate with supervisors/managers employee evaluation due dates.
Assist with updating of job descriptions.
Prepare and distribute weekly employee communication emails.
Prepare items for new hire onboarding.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate information in an approachable manner both oral and written.
Must me a self-starter and be able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop creative ideas about a given topic or situation and develop unique solutions.
Possess active listening skills, understand the points being made and present solutions as necessary.
Must have knowledge of office machines and equipment, be able to type, and have proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite products.
Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the staff, Members and general public.
Education/Experience:
Must be a graduate of an accredited high school or have the equivalent of a high school diploma (G.E.D. certificate).

Works in a safety conscious manner which ensures that safe work practices are used in order not to pose a risk to self or others in the workplace.

Complies with company policies and procedures and local, state and federal regulations.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Some standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending and lifting.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times with occasional lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
