Position: Operations Advisor
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Summary of Functions: Advisor supports the Governor’s Office of Operations.
Mission of Governor’s Office of Operations: To empower state agencies to build a culture of operational excellence and bold innovation driven by continuous performance improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role supports the execution of the initiatives of the Governor’s Office of Operations to support agency goals as outlined in their annual performance plans, the achievement of the Governor’s priorities, strategic projects, and Colorado’s economic recovery & resiliency.
The position will interact closely with multiple state Departments and Offices to ensure they are receiving adequate support, open communication channels, and assist in building highly effective teams. The incumbent in this role will interact regularly with multiple departments and must gain a working knowledge of the various divisions and overall operations of the agencies supported by the team. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, data analysis and project management skills, and a thorough understanding of government processes.
