This position will have remote and hybrid workplace options available but will still be required to report to the listed address at the discretion of the supervisor and based on business need. This position will be required to report to the office address listed at least two days a week.

Description of Job
Divisional contact person for all charge accounts and centralized invoicing. Administrative tasks such as: greeting clients, answering the main phone line, DVR general email questions/concerns, processing daily mail, upkeep of copier/fax machine, maintaining kitchen and office areas, ordering office supplies, conference room scheduling and set up. Providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Position may be responsible for advanced level of reconciliation, internal budget maintenance, technical support and independent problem solving requiring sound judgment. Payment Allocation Duties: Researching payment errors, running reports and following up on any errors or unclaimed warrants. Providing customer service to internal and external customers. Reviews purchase requests and determines correct coding and routing. Ensures compliance. Reviews expenditures and determines correcting entries if necessary. Runs ad hoc reports using various systems including CORE, AWARE and Excel. Provides current numbers for reporting. Answers staff questions and determines routing.

Education and Experience:
Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.
Preferred Qualifications
Designing, implementing, and documenting efficient office procedures
Experience with purchasing, tracking a budget, working with accounts payable, account receivable, and/or monthly billing reconciliation
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Customer service experience interacting with the general public

Conditions of Employment:
Must be a Colorado resident at time of application.

Position may be required to travel to and from local offices for meetings, conferences, or office coverage.
