Job Specific Duties:
Monitor the No Fuel List
Manage Vehicle Recalls
Manage the issuance of Gas PINs
Monitor the Driver Check reporting system
Track accident claims according to established procedures to ensure claims are handled accurately, promptly, and thoroughly
Manage Fleet incoming communications
Will serve as a backup for Central Office Building Operations. When needed, will assist with opening and closing the building, front desk reception area, and mailroom services.
Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED AND One year of experience in area of assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
