Registers and assists employers and payroll service providers with ACH credit payments
Ensures electronic bank deposits are transmitted daily
Properly sorts and prepares mail (tax reports, remittances, wage reports, and other tax data reports) for imaging into the Tax Office Processing Imagining Computer System (TOPICS)
Resolves all exception data according to established business rules
Assists the Remittance Processing System (RPS) Supervisor with training and quality review of documents processed in TOPICS
Scans and keys wage reports, remittances, and other tax data reports
Assists customers with online tax filing and payments

Associate’s degree in a business curriculum or related field from an accredited college or university OR High school diploma or GED AND Two years of experience performing accounting and/or fiscal control functions.
