BEMIDJI STATE UNIVERSITY (BSU) AND NORTHWEST TECHNICAL COLLEGE (NTC) invite applicants to join our team as the Third Party Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk. NTC has prepared students for fulfilling careers in high-demand fields for more than 50 years. The college’s accessible, affordable, hands-on programs also help the region’s employers meet their ever-growing need for a highly skilled workforce. NTC serves more than 1,000 students with an excellent education, an open-enrollment policy and affordable tuition. Students may pursue nearly 40 degree, diploma and certificate programs in six distinct career paths. Classes are offered on campus, online, or as a combination of both.
The Third Party A/R Clerk maintains billing and accounting systems and provides reports for third party agencies and contracted programs with outside universities, community colleges, technical colleges, military agencies, high schools and non-state receivables. The Clerk prepares and processes invoices for income contracts and general accounts receivables, processes Graduate Assistant waivers and invoicing to BSU departments, and interacts closely with students and serves as liaison for students receiving agency and tribal funding.

In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (MnSCU) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to MnSCU’s vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
