Provide customer service to taxpayers through the Taxpayer Service Centers in a courteous and professional manner with a focus on the security of taxpayer data.

Provide customer service to help resolve tax related questions and issues
Register taxpayers for licenses and tax accounts
Examine basic returns and collect revenue due the state for Individual Income, Sales & Use, Admissions, Special Events and Withholding taxes
Use tax systems to adjust and/or correct taxpayers’ accounts
Make suggestions and/or recommendations to improve existing practices or processes
You will receive training on tasks and duties via classroom settings, computer based exercises, and on-the-job exposure.
Requires one of the following:
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment
A bachelor’s degree
Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning.
