Medical Call Center Representative (FULLY REMOTE) Appointment Scheduling

This position will involve a combination of urgent messaging and scheduling appointments for large hospital networks during our day shift. Our company provides telephone answering/screening services to physicians and medical facilities across the United States.

ALL SHIFTS ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)

The shift(s) we are currently hiring for:

• Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
• Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sun 3p-11p

Candidates must have a pleasant speaking voice, professional mannerisms, good computer skills, reliable internet, a quiet dedicated space to work from and work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience with eClinical Works EMR is required

Minimum typing of 30 wpm is required and will be tested.

Candidates must also have the following equipment:

Windows PC / laptop running WIN10 and at least 12g of memory.

Capability to run a second monitor

USB Headphones

A desk and a quiet working environment

Internet: Ethernet connection (hardwire internet) preferred

• Download > 10 mbps
• Upload > 5 mbps

Responsibilities

• Manage call volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Follow communication prompts
• Identify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Entry Level: $14 (with advancement opportunities) with monthly bonus program where you are eligible for up to 15%!
