Responsibilities/Qualifications:
A Senior Living Facility in Sterling Heights is looking for a marketer for our facility.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has proven planning and organizational skills required to strategize business prospecting and strategic client development of new business opportunities within the market area assigned. This candidate will have a focus and passion for marketing within the Senior Living arena with experience of meeting and exceeding established expectations and quotas of increasing patient admissions and expanding market share.
Marketer responsibilities:
- Build relationships and continue management of them.
- Plan community events.
- Follow up with move-in’s.
- Detail oriented – highly organized.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to drive is required.
Requirements:
- Solid 4 years’ experience in clinical, hospice or home health marketing preferred.
- Reliable vehicle and able to drive throughout territory.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
