The Onboarding Coach, in partnership with Talent Acquisitions, Operations, and Human Resources, is responsible for ensuring that all new team members make a smooth transition from orientation to their new positions. The Onboarding Coach will play a vital role in teaching, providing feedback to both the new employee and their supervisor, and help follow up on training plans to ensure proper execution of the on-the-job training plan.
