Senior Human Resources Generalist responsibilities:
Participate in workforce planning meetings and partner with business and talent acquisition teams to determine most efficient staffing approaches to fulfill international employment needs.
Provide support in the research, design and implementation of international employment initiatives.
Create and update HR policies, benefits and compensation within employee handbooks and other HR related materials.
Collaborate with the compensation and benefits department to track and ensure local compensation models and benefits are competitive and meet country labor law requirements.
Additional Human Resources duties as assigned by HR Business Partner Director.
Senior Human Resources Generalist requirements:
A minimum of 5 year of previous HR Generalist experience
Significant knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment-related laws & regulations
Collaborative nature, with strong consulting and interpersonal skills
A Bachelor s degree
