We are currently hiring experienced servers at Grape Creek Vineyards in Fredericksburg, TX.
Compensation:
Server pay starts at $5.25 + tips (Avg earnings equal ~$25-$35 an hour)

- Providing a superior guest experience while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience by
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and ingredients
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
Smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, etc.) is prohibited on the entire property.
We are open Sunday – Thursday 11am – 5pm, and Friday – Saturday 11am – 9:00pm (last seating at 7:30pm)
