Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is a team-oriented technology recruiting firm with locations across the U.S. Established in 2007, we’ve worked with top companies and clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to cutting-edge internet and software start-ups. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Sourcer.

This ideal individual will be responsible for engaging potential candidates for key clients along with performing recruiting and sales support functions. We’re looking for a driven and goal-oriented sourcer to actively communicate with the sales practice team and to have the ability to prioritize team tasks. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!

As a Sourcer you will :

• Find resumes/profiles on various internet boards
• Call and evaluate prospective job seekers (passive and active)
• Meet with and interview candidates for agency representation
• Write advertisements for certain requisitions, post and maintain job advertisements
• Conduct reference checks on selected candidates
• Prioritize and time-manage all responsibilities
• Complete any other tasks (including ad-hoc duties)

Skills you will utilize / cultivate :

• Job board usage (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc)
• Internet search (Boolean experience is a plus)
• Communicating in a team structure and fast paced environment
• MS Office Suite
