Staffing Resource Coordinator (Field Recruiter)
Leads activities directly relating to project staffing of a third party quality assurance services provider to manufacturers.
The person in this role will use critical thought and keen problem solving skills to:
Partner with operations team in respective area to understand recruiting needs
Manage relationships with staffing agencies in region
Support operations and staffing agency efforts with activities such as requesting and tracking temporary associates
Work with staffing and scheduling software to ensure projects are staffed optimally
Assist with implementation of recruiting strategies through communication to agency partners
Run or develops reports to assist in identifying candidates for conversion to full time status
Assist in identifying agency partners to staff new or active projects
Assist in contract negotiation, contract compliance and contract maintenance
Meet with operations and agency partners as necessary
Coordinate new hire orientation with hiring managers
Assist in development of recruiting best practices and procedures
Maintain expertise in all national, regional and local recruitment advertising tools
All other duties and responsilbilites as may be assigned
Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Human Resources field or Equivalent work Experience
2+ years related work experience in High-volume Recruiting environment
2+ years of social media experience in developing social media marketing
Knowledge of state of the art organizational development tools, both automated and manual required
Strong organizational, decision making skills, analytical and prioritization abilities
Ability to manage confidential information
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Available to work assigned hours based on business needs
