Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
Assist in the creation of thorough marketing and media strategies that will successfully and efficiently increase sales.
Partner with the leadership on new, creative concepts and strategies to strengthen the brand.
Manage marketing and promotional campaigns across TV, radio, print, online, mobile, and CRM media channels by working with and supporting agency partners.
Monitor acquisition and retention campaign performances through detailed tracking and reporting
Oversee the daily operation of detailed local market marketing and media planning.
Support advertising, promotion, and customer retention initiatives for the brand and its products.
Work collaboratively with operational managers to guarantee that all locations have access to the necessary information regarding marketing and media plans.
Understanding weekly and monthly sales data to help you advise local marketing and advertising strategies and to suggest changes or improvements that will bring about greater growth opportunities.
Receive and process marketing a design request from Corporate Operations and FZ’s
Develop relationships across franchise system to gain support and drive returning and new sales opportunities.
Measurement and Analytics
Analyze and apply customer insights/research to help evolve the brand and identify new sales growth opportunities.
Interpret and apply sales/product/ticket data to identify opportunities and trends and provide actionable recommendations that are integrated into local and national advertising, media, and promotional plans.
Work with the analytics team to track sales and create an accurate sales plan for all products, services, and overall sales.
Work collaboratively with operations managers to give any information required to boost performance locally.
