We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a direct placement position located in Somers, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, develop and manage sales accounts and opportunities including but not limited to creating and assigning tasks and following up on task completion
- Develop and maintain accuracy of customer and vendor database
- Coordinate meetings including but not limited to setting up conference calls, managing associate Outlook calendars, customer visit announcements, preparing meeting rooms for visitors and managing food orders
- Manage the NDA process for new customers and vendors
- Support further development of sales frameworks including forms, spreadsheets templates
- Monitor ongoing Salesforce initiative with prospecting firm
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional work experience, technical background
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
