Sumo Japanese Restaurant is looking for individuals who have passion and enthusiasm to join our high performing team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Training and Supervise staffs
• Overseeing stock level, ordering supplies
• Handling customer relations and problem solving
• Keeping financial records (Daily Sales/Invoices)
• Handling administration paper works
• Making sure all closing duties are completed daily

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ year of restaurant experience in leadership role
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Coping emergency situations with the customers
• Strong ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team
• Very detail oriented
