Service Advisors are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients’ main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience.
COMPENSATION: VARIES DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and maintain showroom
- Schedule appointments
- Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc
- Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of
- Receiving/ordering/posting parts
- Review digital inspections
- Manage client experience from beginning to end
Qualifications:
- Automotive Experience a plus
- Sales Experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong time-management abilities
