Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Security Officer for a full-time flex position in the Freeport, TX area. This post offers a starting pay rate of $13.80/hr – with weekly pay.

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain a Texas Non-commission security officer license and a Transportation Workers Identification Credential
• Flexibility to work all scheduled hours is required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior security experience and/or dispatch experience preferred
• Prior video surveillance experience preferred
• Computer and phone skills required
• Flexibility to work all scheduled hours is required
• Must be able to walk, stand and climb stairs as well as sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to pass a hearing test, vision test and DOT physical

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
