Super Brush LLC is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist with knowledge of E-commerce, SEO, Social Media, and Adobe. Will help train the right person!

This individual will play a key role in reaching customers around the world who need our product. Your primary role will be to help us improve our e-commerce, online order taking, web and social media presence. You will also be tasked with other areas in the marketing department.

This job will be remote for most of the workweek, but you must have the ability to visit our manufacturing plant in Springfield, MA to learn more about the company on a regular basis and for meetings.

This job will have hours at night and the weekend. You will help work on several e-commerce stores as well as travel to trade shows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

E-Commerce:

• Perform daily site optimization
• Work on existing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy)
• Help manage orders, customers, sales, and shipment status
• Make and receive phone calls from customers and prospects

Social Media:

• Help with social media strategy: sites, channels, messages and manage social media posts and audiences – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and others as needed.
• Monitor active marketing campaigns and compile reports to provide results and recommendations for improvements
• Create innovative ways to gain exposure and solicit new clients
• Develop and launch a video engagement strategy for students and parents for YouTube, TikTok, FB ads, and others as needed.

Advertising:

• Help manage SEO/SEM, Google Ad Words, Amazon Ad Words, Bing Ad Words, Facebook Ads
• Complete marketing analytics to provide insights into and improve overall marketing conversions and ROI.
• Generate, edit, and publish email blasts

Trade Show Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at trade shows and be knowledgeable about the focus of each trade show, the company’s objective at that show, communicating as appropriate to customers and prospects

General Responsibilities:

• Become conversant and familiar with the company’s software programs
• Availability on nights, weekends, answering emails, customer calls, and orders

Knowledge, skills, abilities, other:

• BS/BA degree in marketing or related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Possess a good understanding of web analytics and web designing
• Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud,
• Excellent proofreading and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as Shopify and Magento
• Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all
• Possess top-class Internet proficiency
• Ability to work nights and weekends, flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
