Superior Excavating has an exceptional opportunity for an Administrator/HR to establish themselves with a growing company offering the potential for future personal growth and leadership opportunities. Superior is a rapidly growing construction company looking for a self-driven talented Administrator who aspires for advancement to perform the following:
General Qualifications
* Knowledge of the ins and outs of Construction
* Microsoft Office Applications
* Quickbooks Enterprise general accounting functions (general ledger, allocating charges)
* Knowledge of General DOT/Maintenance Data Entry/ Compliance
* Knowledge of CDL Driver Compliance
* Knowledge of the E-Verify process
* Follow general office operations and procedures
* Perform and ensure record retention and security
* Assist in keeping track of Insurance claims
* Accounts Payable of multiple companies
* Reconciliation of Accounts
* Data Entry of Credit Card Receipts
* Knowledge in hiring process (paperwork, MVR, Drug testing, new employee data entry)
