Come be a part of our continued success by joining us as a full-time Director Sales and Marketing, reporting directly to the President / CEO.

We are looking for a DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING to oversee our sales team as well as lead marketing initiatives. This will include Account Executives, Business Development, and Inside Sales located in the U.S. This person will be a valued member of the SSR Leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring a superior client experience while promoting our brand and service offerings. This leader will enjoy coaching, selling, service creation, relationships, vendor management, and employee development.

Essential Duties Include:

• Responsible for the client experience.
• Coach team to generate new revenue and leads through marketing, channel, and vendor relationships, as well as referrals.
• Track and manage marketing and lead generation spend, activities, events, and effectiveness.
• Build and manage vendor and channel relationships for MDF, education, and co-selling.
• Develop and maintain long-term consultative client relationships to understand where to offer solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to help resolve issues by interfacing between the client, sales, and SSR operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and work to develop and implement change.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and track sales goals.
• Management of team members, including performance evaluation, establishing growth and development plans, and identifying the proper training and certifications needed. This team is currently comprised of 5 (five) associates including 1 (one) Business Development Rep, 3 (three) Account Executives, and 1 (one) Inside Sales Professional.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide reports to leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
