We are part of a growing automotive dealership group located in south Florida.
We are looking for an organized and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable experience at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be comfortable speaking to clients and vendors
• You will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
• Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
• Answer all vendor inquiries.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
