Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment necessary for the production process
- Rotate stations throughout the shift
- Learn to operate machinery at each station
- Read and understand work orders and blueprints
- Stack finished material on carts or pallets
- Ensure the machine is operational and safe before use
- Start the machine, monitor production, and adjust as needed
- Inspect output for quality and damages
- Transport materials to and from work areas
- Assist with training new machine operators
- Learn basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs
- Comply with all safety protocols and always wear protective gear
- Maintain a safe, organized, clean work environment
Position Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- May be required to stand for an extended time
- Work in various weather and temperature conditions
- Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision
- Detail-oriented
- Team player
- Great attendance and punctual
