We are looking for a Auto Repair Shop partner manager with Auto Mechanic experience who can own and be able to run the shop independently in the most sought after Bellevue downtown area.
MUST HAVE:
As a Auto repair shop PARTNER manager, you share the profits in the business.
You own the shop’s end to end responsibilities including but not limited to profit and loss, hiring & firing employees, sales&marketing, customer staisfaction.
- Must have 5+ years of prior Auto repair shop management experience
- Must have prior Auto Repair certifications or 10+ years of experience
- Managing Profit and Loss for the business
- Great Customer relationsop skills.
- Highly skilled at Auto repair services sales & marketing
- Strong skills in attracting and trainig technicians
- Looking for someone who has previous
- Willing to roll up the sleevs and perform auto repairs as needed
Additional responsibilities as needed:
- Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of Customer vehicles
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Perform handson repair works as needed
- A strong focus on Customer Service
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Possess a valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
